I want to return/exchange my item, what do I do?
You have 28 days to refund or exchange items.
Please Note: The item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition. We do not accept returns on hosiery, swimwear (when the hygiene tag has been removed) or underwear for hygiene reasons.
We also do not accept returns on made to order items, this is because they are made especially for you and take time, costs and effort to make. The items are made to suit your size and in the style you've chosen. Unless there is a fault with the print which we haven't noticed then you will not be entitled to a refund.
If we believe an item has been worn or arrives back to us not in a resellable condition i.e. if an item smells of cigarette smoke, has pet hair etc. we have the right to return the item back to you and no refund will be provided. We do this because it's unfair on other customers to receive a product which is not in brand new condition.

Please include a note inside the parcel stating if you would like a refund or exchange, your name and email address so we know who you are.
We recommend sending it tracked either through Royal Mail, Hermes or CollectPlus.
Please Note: The cost of returning your items is your responsibility and the item is also your responsibility until it reaches us so make sure the parcel is packaged well. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We aim to process returns asap! Once we receive your parcel, your return should be processed within 7 days. We will inform you when you have been refunded.
Remember that it can take a few days for your bank to process the transaction so give it time to come through, this is beyond our control.
Please give us up to 7 days for us to process your return before contacting us since sometimes we can be busy bees or delayed due to bank holidays, easter, christmas etc.
