HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Our process time is usually anything between 1 and 7 days.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REACH ME?
All of this depends on your country and the items ordered, we have warehouses in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. We may split your package and have your items shipped directly to you from our warehouses so you can get them ASAP.
I WANT MY ITEMS FOR ______ EVENT, WILL I GET THEM IN TIME?
At this moment in time we wouldn't recommend ordering for a specific event nor do we accept "express" orders as everything is so unknown given the worlds circumstances. Apologies for any inconvenience.
☑ CHRISTMAS & NYE SHIPPING TIMES - For all other international orders, shipping times will vary based on your local postal service and we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Delays in tracking information, shipping and delivery may also be experienced during our end of season sale due to the high volume of orders in the domestic and international postal networks.

Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.
