Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. UK postage is Β£3 or free for orders over Β£40. Other international locations, vary depending on your location and size of order but it will always be between Β£5 and Β£13. International Postage is free on orders over Β£100.Β 

Note - Some countries may charge duties/customs in order for you to receive your items. It's your responsibility to pay the fees and we unfortunately have no control over this. For more information on this check out your government website.


How long will it be until I receive my items?

You will receive shipping confirmation when we are picking and packing orders, followed by your tracking number.We recommend logging into your account to see all tracking details and to get up to date and accurate tracking we would highly recommend using ParcelsApp.

We ship from U.K, Europe and Asia, we split parcels when necessary and you will be provided with separate tracking numbers should it come to that. Delivery takes anything between 2-30 Days. The tracking information you're provided with will give you a more accurate ETA.

Pre-Order items usually take anything between 10 and 30 days to be complete, we recommend checking on the item before you order.

Postage may beΒ slower on some occasions due to UK bank holidays, Christmas, Easter, Halloween and weekends.Β 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all currencies via Paypal and accept GBP to GBP payments via Worldpay.


What happens if I pre-order an item and buy in-store items too?

We do our best to get your items to you ASAP, so if it works out better to send them seperate we will do that at no extra cost.Β Β 

Do you accept returns/exchanges on pre-order items?Β 

We do not accept returns or exchanges onΒ custom made items such as our printed dresses, jackets etc. this is because of the cost, time and effort it takes as well as the fact they are made on an individual basis since the product is made in your choice of size and style. But we do accept them on regular pre-order items.


Do you have an actual store?

At this moment we don't! Sorry :)


SOLD OUT?? What does this mean? When is it back? Is it gone forever?!

All sold out items are restocked ASAP. We aim to restock within 2-3 weeks of items selling out unless they are gone forever... We will always post on our Facebook and Instagram when we have restocked items so you won't miss out!


I just placed an order but want to add more to it! Can I?

No sorry! You will have to create a new order.Β 

Why don't you stock *this item* in my size?/Why is there only _ size in this item and that's it?

The sizing of our items is beyond our control, most items on the site are purchased from wholesalers. We purchase all of the possible size options available. If your size isn't available to purchase then we can only apologise, we would love to see more of a variety of sizes and hope to stock themΒ (if possible) in the future. We are aiming to expand on both petite sizes and offer a plus size range in the near future.


Where is my order confirmation?Β 

Order confirmations are automatically sent as soon as we have received your order. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours please check you have entered your email correctly and check your spam folder. If you have any worries feel free to contact us!


Will ___ item be restocked/coming back?

If you can't see the item on the site anymore it's unlikely it will be making a return, sorry!
