Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. We offer standard international postage on items up to £30 but anything over this amount has to be sent tracked. Untracked items are no longer our responsibility once they have been shipped and handed over to Royal Mail, we are not liable if your parcel goes missing. If you wish to be covered incase your item is lost or damaged we suggest you select the tracked option.
Note - Some countries may charge duties/customs in order for you to receive your items. It's your responsibility to pay the fees and we unfortunately have no control over this. For more information on this check out your government website.
How long will it be until I receive my items?
We tend to ship items which are in-stock approximately 2-7 working days of you purchasing your item(s). You will receive shipping confirmation when we are picking and packing orders, the orders aren't officially shipped until the following morning when they are handed over to the Post Office. All UK items are sent 2nd class recorded which normally takes 1-2 working days to arrive once it has been shipped. We have a drop and go system with Royal Mail so we won't have tracking information straight away, if you haven't received your item within a week after the item has been shipped then feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send over the tracking information :)
If you are an international customer shipping tends to take on average 2 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks on some occasions, tracked international postage tends to be quicker than standard so if you're in a rush or wish to be covered incase your item is lost/damaged then we recommend this option.
Pre-Orders can take up to 5-6 weeks to make and are then sent out to you guys!
Postage may be slower on some occasions due to UK bank holidays, Christmas, Easter and weekends. Also please keep in mind Soft Kitty Clothing is mainly run by a couple of people therefore simple things such as illness or family commitments can mean a slight delay with postage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all currencies via Paypal and accept GBP to GBP payments via Worldpay.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-orders are custom made by us, we can put essentially any high quality image on an item of clothing (if you are interested in doing this then send us the pictures via email.) Because of how cool this is it means it takes time to be printed and sewn, this can take up to 6 weeks. Due to us creating these options for you it means it costs more money hence why the prices of the custom items are more expensive than the regular in-store items.
What happens if I pre-order an item and buy in-store items too?
If this occurs then we will post your order all in one go, if you want the in-store items sooner then it's best to do two separate orders, one for the in-store items and one for the pre-order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges on pre-order items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order (custom) items, this is because of the cost, time and effort it takes as well as the fact they are made on an individual basis since the product is made in your choice of size and style.
Do you have a sizing chart?
We don't have sizing charts because each item on the size has different sizing. So instead we state the sizing on each individual item.
Do you have an actual store?
At this moment we don't! Sorry :)
SOLD OUT?? What does this mean? When is it back? Is it gone forever?!
All sold out items are restocked ASAP. We aim to restock within 2-3 weeks of items selling out. We will always post on our Facebook and Instagram when we have restocked items so you guys won't miss out!
I just placed an order but want to add more to it! Can I?
No sorry! You will have to create a new order.
Why don't you stock *this item* in my size?/Why is there only _ size in this item and that's it?
The sizing of our items is beyond our control, most items on the site are purchased from wholesalers. We purchase all of the possible size options available. If your size isn't available to purchase then we can only apologise, we would love to see more of a variety of sizes and hope to stock them (if possible) in the future.
Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are automatically sent as soon as we have received it. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours please check you have entered your email correctly and check your spam folder. If you have any worries feel free to contact us!
Will ___ item be restocked/coming back?
If you can't see the item on the site anymore it's unlikely it will be making a return, sorry!
