Oh no! That's the worst. Generally, we won't restock any sold out items, we like to change things up all of the time so once it's gone then it's likely gone for good!

The majority of our Too Fast products are on a pre-order basis, avoiding customs costs and US shipping costs. They take approx 2-3 weeks to arrive. We do have some of their products in stock with us in the UK so we can send them ASAP, if you want a more accurate date then don't hesitate to contact us. 

Absolutely, we aim to provide a wider range of sizes across the board. However, some of our products are purchased from different brands so sizing all depends on them. 


Sorry to hear your items are not suitable, you're welcome to return them to us within 21 days of receiving them to our address listed below. Please include a note with your order number and/or name, address etc. 

PLEASE NOTE - We do NOT accept returns of jewellery, lingerie, swimwear and certain pyjamas (which have lingerie in the title).

That's fine! Same as returns, we advise you send the item(s) back to us within 21 working days of you receiving them. Please include a note with the size you would like to switch to.

You can track your order by logging into your account, follow the sign in buttons in the top right and fill in your account details. We send e-mails when an order has been dispatched and advise you check your junk folders in your email as this will provide more information. 

Don't worry! This is completely normal, it usually means it's within the mail system and on the way. During busy periods (especially around Christmas/Black Friday etc.) this is more common. We advise you use ParcelsApp to give more detailed tracking information. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days of receiving payment. Keep in mind we are a small business so busy periods such as Christmas or sale time can affect how quickly we are able to get items out. We ask that you're mindful of this when placing an order. 

As stated it does take up to 10 working days for us to dispatch, depending on where you are in the world can affect how quickly an item arrives with you. 

Approximate times AFTER dispatch -

  • Shipping within U.K. and Europe - Usually 2 to 10 working days but during busy periods can be up to 21 working days. 
  • Shipping within U.S.A, Canada and Mexico - Usually 10-30 working days.
  • Shipping within Australia, New Zealand and Asia - Usually 10-30 working days.
  • Rest of the World - Between 20-40 working days.

If you're from outside the U.K. then you may have to pay customs/duties on your order. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, all customs charges will be payable by the customer and not Soft Kitty Clothing. We advise contacting your local customs office for more details on charges.

This is completely normal, especially if your order is quite large. We often send items separately, usually this is detailed on one of our notes or your invoice attached to your package. If you still haven't received the rest of your order after 30 days then please contact us.

We advise contacting us ASAP however if we have already printed your order it's likely on the way already! You will need to place another order and return any unwanted items.

No, absolutely not. We do not collaborate based on followers, instead we focus on customers who have supported us over the years and who take awesome photos in our stuff! 

SO... we ask that you tell us a bit about your style and what kind of things you like, items we will send will be things we don't have on the website right now. In return for us sending you items we feel fit your vibe/look, we ask that you allow us to post the photos across our social media channels and website.
